Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the rules for using the Site, the Free Tools and the Client Panel account, and the rights and obligations of the Company and the User during such use.
The User using the Site is expected to comply with the rules in these Terms. Provisions of the Terms that produce results to the User's detriment apply where the Terms have been accepted with their existence expressly notified and an opportunity provided to learn their content; for example, by ticking a consent box that links to this page. Acceptance of the Terms may be requested when some forms on the Site are submitted.
Obligations arising from law apply regardless of whether or not the Terms are accepted.
Acceptance of the Terms does not mean that consent has been given to the processing of personal data, the use of cookies that are not strictly necessary or the sending of commercial electronic messages. Preferences on these matters are obtained separately, freely and in a way that can always be withdrawn.
Services are sold only to persons with full legal capacity; transactions on behalf of persons without full legal capacity may be carried out only by their legal representatives. A User acting on behalf of a legal entity declares that they are authorised to represent that legal entity.
The Client Panel account is used within the framework of these Terms; the account is personal, and keeping security information such as the password confidential is the User's responsibility. Depending on the purpose of the order, the Distance Sales Contract or the Commercial Service Agreement applies to orders placed, and in the event of conflict that contract takes precedence.
Information, packages and prices on the Site
Service descriptions, package contents, prices, reference work and blog posts on the Site are for general information purposes. This content does not replace legal, financial, tax or technical advice specific to the User's own business.
Prices are shown in Turkish lira. Prices shown to consumers on sales pages include VAT; the amount excluding VAT may be shown only next to the VAT-inclusive price, for information purposes.
A User placing an order as a consumer is informed, before confirming the order, of the total price including VAT, the payment method and the main characteristics of the service, in the order summary and through the Pre-Contract Information Form.
Results such as search engine rankings, visibility in AI answers and traffic also depend on the algorithms and decisions of third parties outside the Company's control. Reference results and examples on the Site are information about past work; they are not a commitment that the same result will be achieved. Commitments expressly undertaken in the service contract or in the package description are reserved.
If an obvious typographical or system error in a price or package content is noticed, the Company informs the User before confirming the order. For confirmed orders, the provisions of the relevant contract and legislation apply.
The Company may update the packages, prices and content on the Site. These updates do not by themselves change contracts already concluded or the prices agreed in those contracts; a price change in a concluded contract may be made only in accordance with the procedure in that contract.
For consumers, the rights under Law No. 6502 arising from services that do not conform to the characteristics announced on the Site or in advertisements are reserved.
Orders and contracts
The purchase of the services described on the Site is governed not by these Terms but by the contract concluded separately between the parties:
- For orders placed as a consumer, the Pre-Contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract apply.
- For services purchased by legal entities purchasing the service for commercial or professional purposes and by natural persons who are merchants, tradespeople or self-employed professionals, the Commercial Service Agreement applies.
- The rules on cancellation, refund and the right of withdrawal are explained on the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Terms page.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the relevant contract, the provisions of the contract prevail for that order. Card payments are, as a rule, received through the Company's group company Shofix OÜ, and the invoices for these orders are issued by Shofix OÜ; in this case too, the party to the contract is the Company.
Applications made through the free analysis form, the contact form or the appointment calendar do not create a contract or an obligation to purchase. Unless the offer made by the Company in response to these applications is accepted by the User, no payment obligation arises for the User. Free SEO + GEO analysis requests are reviewed by the Company, and the Company decides whether or not an analysis will be prepared. No analysis is prepared or sent for sites that the Company does not consider suitable; the Company is not obliged to explain the reason for this. For accepted requests, the report is sent by e-mail; where the scope is broad, the time required is notified in advance. Each request focuses on a single analysis area, and one free analysis is prepared for each website; repeat requests for the same site or company are not treated as falling within the scope of the free analysis.
Placing orders electronically
Contracts relating to the services described on the Site may be concluded by means of electronic communication. Information on the conclusion of the contract is set out below in accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.
- Request: An order may be initiated in the Client Panel (www.inurdemirel.com/panel) by adding the service to the cart from the service pages on inurdemirel.com, or by a WhatsApp message, e-mail or phone call opened through the links on the service pages. A member account is required to place an order from the Client Panel. The User may also submit a service request through the forms on the Site. A request alone does not conclude a contract.
- Offer: The Company sends the User an offer containing the scope, duration and price of the service. Offers prepared specifically for consumers are valid for 7 (seven) days unless otherwise stated in the offer.
- Information and confirmation: Before any payment is requested, the User acting as a consumer is sent the order summary, the Pre-Contract Information Form, the Distance Sales Contract and the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Terms on a durable medium (as an e-mail or a Client Panel link). The User confirms these texts in the Client Panel by means of a consent box that is not pre-ticked or by a written reply (for example, by e-mail); the contract is concluded by this confirmation. With legal entities purchasing the service for commercial or professional purposes and with natural persons who are merchants, tradespeople or self-employed professionals, the Commercial Service Agreement is concluded.
- Payment: Payment is made by bank transfer (havale or EFT) or by card, using the method stated in the offer or the contract. Card payments are received through the Company's group company Shofix OÜ via Revolut; where Revolut cannot be used, they are received through the infrastructure of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. (PayTR), a payment and electronic money institution licensed in Türkiye; card details are entered on the payment institution's secure payment page and are not stored by the Company. Payment is requested from consumers only after the confirmation that concludes the contract. Payment can also be made with balance loaded into the Client Panel; loaded balance is not refunded and is used only for orders on the Site.
- Confirmation and tracking: The Company confirms electronically, without delay, that the order has been received. Order tracking, support requests and reports are handled through the Client Panel.
Correspondence via WhatsApp does not replace the Pre-Contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract.
Correction of errors: Before giving confirmation, the User can check the service, price and contact information in the offer and in the pre-contract information. If the User notices incorrect information, the User can request a corrected offer by reporting it through the same channel or to work@inurdemirel.com. The User is not obliged to give confirmation before the information has been corrected.
Storage of the contract text: The text of the concluded contract and the confirmation records are stored by the Company for the statutory retention periods. In addition to the copy sent to them, the User may request a copy of the contract text from work@inurdemirel.com during this period. The consumer can also access the Pre-Contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract they confirmed from the Client Panel for at least 3 years.
Privacy and dispute resolution: Information on the personal data processed during the order is set out on the KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy pages. Dispute resolution routes such as the consumer arbitration committee and mediation are explained in the “Governing law and dispute resolution” section below.
With parties that are not consumers, the information and confirmation procedures in this section may be agreed differently by written contract.
Free tools
The Free Tools are free of charge and are provided “as is”; they are not the subject of a sale or a contract. Tool results are for information purposes only; the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of these results.
- DA PA Checker
- The Domain Authority, Page Authority and Spam Score values shown are metrics belonging to Moz. These values are estimates based on the relevant companies' own data and methods; they are not official scores of Google or of any other search engine. The queried domain name or address is sent to Moz's data service through the Company's server in order to retrieve the result. Results for the same address may be cached on the server for up to 24 hours for performance purposes. To prevent misuse, an IP-address-based query limit is applied; for this purpose, the IP address is held only temporarily in memory and is not stored permanently. A maximum of 10 domain names can be queried at once. The queried domain names and their results in the comparison table (at most 50 records) are stored only in the User's browser if the Functional category has been allowed in the cookie preferences; if it has not been allowed, they are kept only for the duration of that visit.
- VAT Calculator, Discount Calculator and Percentage Calculator
- Calculations are performed in the User's browser on the basis of the values entered, and these values are not sent to the Company. The results do not constitute tax, accounting or financial advice. Before transactions such as issuing an invoice, filing a tax return or pricing, the applicable rates and legislation should be checked and, where necessary, a certified public accountant should be consulted.
- WhatsApp Link Generator
- The link and QR code are generated in the User's browser; the phone number and message entered are not sent to the Company. The generated link redirects to the service operated by WhatsApp (Meta) and is subject to that service's own terms. The User is obliged to generate links only for numbers they are authorised to use and not to use these links for unlawful purposes such as sending unsolicited messages.
SEO Checker, Google Rank Checker, Keyword Analysis, Backlink Checker, AI Visibility Checker, Schema Checker and llms.txt Generator: The queried address, domain name, keyword, sector and questions are sent through the Company's server to data providers (Serper, DataForSEO, Moz, Google PageSpeed Insights, and the AI services OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic) in order to obtain the results; information identifying the User is not sent to these providers. Personal data should not be entered in queries. The results are based on third-party data and search results at the time of the query; they may vary according to location, device, time and personalisation and do not contain any promise of ranking, traffic or visibility.
The Company may, without prior notice, change, temporarily suspend or withdraw from use the Free Tools, or limit the number of queries. The tools may not be used to make bulk queries with automated software or to re-offer the results obtained in a commercial database.
Daily usage allowance: For each tool, a daily free usage allowance is defined for non-member and member users; the remaining allowance is shown on the tool page. Verification of the e-mail address may be requested for some tools or for sending reports by e-mail. To prevent misuse, bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) is performed, and the usage allowance is counted using irreversible hashes generated from the IP address and browser characteristics; the allowance may be reduced for data centre connections. If no result can be obtained because of an error originating from the data provider, the usage allowance is not deducted. Share links for reports are valid for a limited period. The free usage allowance is not sold, cannot be transferred and is not subject to any refund of fees.
Detailed information about data stored in the browser and its deletion is set out on the Cookie Policy page.
The Campaign Terms apply to the gift wheel, discount coupons and the loyalty discount on the Site.

This permission is limited to Content in which the Company holds the rights. The Company may narrow this permission at any time by updating the robots.txt file.
Except in cases permitted by law and the permissions above, reproducing, republishing, distributing, adapting, displaying on another site by framing, or using for commercial purposes all or part of the Content without the Company's written permission is prohibited.
Rights in work produced within the scope of the services the Company provides to its customers are governed by the relevant contract.
Acceptable use
The User uses the Site in accordance with the law, these Terms and the rule of good faith. In particular, the following conduct is prohibited:
- Collecting the Content or tool results in bulk using automated software, bots or scraping methods contrary to the robots.txt rules or at a frequency that strains the operation of the Site,

In such cases, the Company reserves the rights to block access, delete the content submitted, notify the competent authorities and take legal action.
A User who notices a security vulnerability on the Site is kindly asked to report it to work@inurdemirel.com without exploiting it and without sharing it with third parties.
Third-party links and embedded services
The Site contains links to sites operated by persons other than the Company and an appointment calendar that loads only when the User opens it; when card payment is selected in the Client Panel, the User is redirected to the secure payment page of the payment institution (Revolut or PayTR) for payment. No resources are loaded from third-party servers when pages open; fonts and code libraries are served from the Company's own server. Linked sites and third-party services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. The Company does not supervise the content, continuity and operation of these services, which are not under its control.
- Appointment calendar: The appointment calendar provided by Cal.com (app.cal.eu) is loaded only when the User wishes to open it and after the User has allowed the Functional category in the cookie preferences. The name, e-mail and selected time entered for the appointment are processed on the Cal.com infrastructure, whose hosting region is the European Union. A User who does not wish to give permission for the calendar can submit a meeting request via the contact form, 0850 840 41 74, work@inurdemirel.com or WhatsApp.
- Payment page: When card payment is selected in the Client Panel, card details are entered on the secure payment page of the payment institution (Revolut with the Shofix OÜ account, or PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.) and are not stored by the Company; this page is subject to the relevant payment institution's own terms.
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp conversations initiated by the User are conducted over the WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure located abroad.
- External links: Links to sites such as Moz and Ahrefs redirect the User to sites that are not under the Company's control.
Detailed information on personal data processed through these services and on transfer abroad is set out on the KVKK Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy pages.
Access and service continuity
It is not guaranteed that the Site and the Free Tools will always operate without interruption or error. Access may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, problems originating from infrastructure providers, cyber attacks or force majeure.
The Company may change the design of the Site, the Content and the tools offered. These changes do not affect obligations arising from concluded contracts. The results and reports of the Free Tools are not stored permanently on the Site or in the account; keeping a copy of them is the User's responsibility. Access to records in the Client Panel is subject to the provisions of the relevant contract.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company cannot be held liable for damage arising from the following:
- Use of the general information on the Site or of Free Tool results in decisions the User makes based on their own assessment,
- Interruptions in access to the Site due to maintenance, infrastructure failure or force majeure,
- The content, operation or interruptions of Third-Party Services,
- Use by the User contrary to these Terms.
These limitations in no case cover the following:
- Damage arising from the Company's intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Article 115),
- Consumers' rights arising from Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the related regulations,
- Obligations and data subject rights arising from Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
Liability arising from paid services is subject to the relevant contract and the provisions of law. No provision of these Terms applies to consumers to the extent that it constitutes an unfair term within the meaning of Article 5 of Law No. 6502.
Personal data, cookies and commercial messages
The purposes for which, and the legal bases on which, personal data processed through the Site are processed are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice; data security and retention principles are explained in the Privacy Policy. The Company's group company Shofix OÜ (Estonia) accesses customer data to provide and report on the services; this transfer abroad is explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
The Site asks for cookie preferences on the first visit. Cookies that are not strictly necessary and similar technologies such as browser storage (the Functional, Analytics and Marketing categories) are used only with the User's prior consent; rejecting them does not prevent use of the Site. The Functional category is a single permission; it covers loading the appointment calendar (Cal.com) and storing the DA PA Checker query history and the site announcements read in the browser. There is currently no active analytics or advertising tool on the Site; if the Marketing category has been allowed, the source from which the Client Panel was reached is recorded.
Cookie preferences can be changed at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of every page or on the Cookie Policy page.
For processing based on explicit consent, the Explicit Consent Text is approved separately. For commercial electronic messages such as campaigns, promotions and celebrations, the Commercial Electronic Message Consent is approved separately; informational messages relating to an existing service or order are not subject to this consent.
These consents are optional, are not a condition for using the services and can always be withdrawn free of charge.
The Data Subject Application Form can be used for the rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698.
Changes to the Terms
The Company may update these Terms in line with changes in the legislation, services and tools added to the Site, or changes in its operation. The current text is published on this page with its version number and date. Material changes are also announced separately on the Site.
Changes that produce results to the User's detriment do not apply retroactively and become binding only with the User's acceptance; for example, by approving the current text when submitting a form. Changes do not affect contracts concluded before their publication.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The binding language of the Terms is Turkish; translations offered in the versions of the Site in other languages are for information purposes, and in the event of conflict the Turkish text prevails. Unclear provisions are interpreted in favour of the User under Article 23 of Law No. 6098.
For consumers: For disputes below the monetary limit determined each year by the Ministry of Trade, application to the consumer arbitration committee at the consumer's place of residence or at the place where the consumer transaction was carried out is mandatory; the application can also be made via e-Devlet. For disputes exceeding this limit, applying to a mediator before filing a lawsuit at the consumer court is a precondition for the lawsuit. The consumer may also file the lawsuit at the court of their own place of residence (Articles 68, 73 and 73/A of Law No. 6502). Jurisdiction clauses that limit these rights of the consumer do not apply.
The rights of consumers whose habitual residence is outside Türkiye to benefit, to the extent recognised by law, from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of their habitual residence and to file lawsuits in the courts of their own habitual residence are reserved (Articles 26 and 45 of Law No. 5718 on International Private and Procedural Law).
For merchants and public legal entities: If the contract concluded in writing between the parties, for example the Commercial Service Agreement, contains a jurisdiction clause, that clause applies. If there is no such clause, the competent court is determined according to the general provisions of Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. In commercial disputes provided for by law, applying to a mediator before filing a lawsuit is a precondition for the lawsuit (Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Article 5/A).
For other Users, the competent court is determined according to the general jurisdiction rules of Law No. 6100.
General provisions
The invalidity of any provision of these Terms does not, as a rule, affect the validity of the other provisions (Article 27(2) of Law No. 6098).
The Company's failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, a right arising from these Terms does not mean that it waives that right.
