Campaign Terms

Organiser and scope

The campaigns are organised by İnurdemirel Dijital Pazarlama Ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the “Company”) on inurdemirel.com and www.inurdemirel.com/panel. These terms apply to the gift wheel, discount coupons and the loyalty discount. If a condition different from this page is stated in the announcement of a campaign or on the reward, the written condition applies for that campaign.

The campaigns do not change the contract applicable to the service purchased (Distance Sales Contract or Commercial Service Agreement); the consumer’s statutory rights are reserved.

Common rules

Participation in the campaigns is free of charge; there is no purchase requirement for participation. A client panel account and a verified e-mail address are required to use the discount.
Rewards and discounts are only percentage discounts valid for the specified services. There are no rewards in the form of cash, refunds of money or physical products; the discount cannot be converted into cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
Only one discount is used per order; a gift wheel reward, a coupon and the loyalty discount are not applied together. The discount applied is shown in the order summary.
The discount is applied at payment subject to the conditions stated on the reward or coupon (first order, minimum cart amount, maximum discount amount, eligible services, expiry date).
If a withdrawal, cancellation or refund occurs for a discounted order, the refund amount is the amount actually paid. A reward or coupon that has been used does not become usable again even if the order is cancelled or refunded.
Discounted prices are shown in the order summary including VAT and together with the price before the discount.

Gift wheel

Participation: The wheel can be spun by visitors to the site without membership and by client panel members. Members earn a spin on new registration and with each order; the Company may also assign additional spins.
Rewards: Rewards are percentage discounts valid for backlink packages (between 5% and 30%, the segments shown on the wheel). Every spin results in a reward; there is no empty segment. The result is determined on our server; the probability of high rates coming up is low.
Eligible services: The wheel discount is valid only for backlink packages; it does not apply to SEO packages, SEO consultancy, social media, web design, custom software or Google Rank Tracking packages. If there are also other services in the cart, the discount applies only to the backlink lines.
Non-member participant: The reward is reserved for 7 days from the date of the spin; if it is not linked to a client panel account within this period, it becomes invalid. One reward is reserved per device and connection. An account can receive only one guest reward; a second account opened with the same e-mail, telephone or device does not receive a guest reward. The spin assigned on new registration and the guest reward are not given together.
Expiry: A reward added to the account is valid for 10 days from the date it is added; the expiry date is shown on the My Rewards page in the client panel.
Misuse: A reward obtained through automated tools, a VPN or proxy, a data centre connection, multiple accounts or other means aimed at circumventing the limits may be cancelled. Bot verification is carried out to prevent misuse.

Discount coupons

Discount coupons are valid for the services for which the coupon is defined and within the limits of period, minimum amount and number of uses stated on the coupon. Coupon codes may be specific to a person or a campaign; sharing them with others or selling them is prohibited. They cannot be used together with a gift wheel reward or the loyalty discount.

Loyalty discount

Client panel members who complete a certain number of orders are assigned a percentage discount according to the targets shown in the client panel. The loyalty discount is valid for the service categories determined by the Company and shown in the client panel (initially, backlink packages); from the date it is assigned, it can be used for the period shown in the client panel and as many times as the number of uses shown. It cannot be used together with a gift wheel reward or a coupon.

Changes and termination

The Company may change the campaigns, the reward list and these terms with effect for the future, or may end a campaign. A change does not alter the conditions of rewards, coupons and discounts that have already been reserved, added to an account or assigned.

Personal data

The data processed when taking part in the campaigns (for the wheel, irreversible hashes of device and connection information, a device cookie, the bot verification result, reward and usage records) and the retention periods are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy; the raw IP address is not stored. Sending campaign announcements by e-mail or SMS is subject solely to the consent given under the Commercial Electronic Message Consent.
