What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website you visit saves on your computer or mobile device through your browser. On your subsequent visits, the site can read this file and, for example, remember your preferences.
Similar technologies are other methods that store information on your device or access information on your device. On our site, these include browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), measurement and advertising tags (pixels) and, in the free tools, an irreversible hash generated from the general characteristics of your browser.
Information processed through cookies and similar technologies is personal data and is subject to the KVKK if, alone or combined with other information, it makes you identifiable. Other files and information on your device cannot be accessed through cookies.
Types of cookies
- Session cookie
- A cookie that is deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookie
- A cookie that remains on your device until the set period expires or you delete it.
- First-party cookie
- A cookie placed by the domain of the site you are visiting; on our site, it is managed by the Company.
- Third-party cookie
- A cookie belonging to a domain other than the site you are visiting (for example, Google or Meta). The Company fulfils the obligation to inform and to obtain consent regarding the use of these cookies through this policy and the consent management tool; the provider's processing, for its own purposes, of the data it obtains through these cookies is subject to the provider's own policy.
Which data are collected, and by what method?
The data described in this policy are collected through your browser, by automated means and electronically, when you visit our site and our panel:
- Your IP address and your browser's standard request information (browser type, language setting, requested page),
- Your cookie preferences, your consent ID, the policy version you consented to and the time of your choice,
- The site language you selected and your cart information,
- In the free tools, your e-mail verification, your recent queries and a hash of your browser characteristics; in the gift wheel, your device identifier,
- In the client panel, the records necessary to maintain your session and account security,
- If you have allowed the Analytics category, information on how the site and the panel are used (pages visited, visit duration, device and browser information, approximate location, online identifiers),
- If you have allowed the Marketing category, ad clicks, conversions (for example, completion of a sign-up or an order) and online identifiers, and the source from which you came to the client panel.
Cookie categories and their legal bases
Cookies and similar technologies are grouped into four categories according to their purposes. All categories other than the strictly necessary category are off until you give permission.

Strictly necessary technologies are strictly required for the site to function or to provide a service you have explicitly requested; under the Cookie Guide, explicit consent is not obtained for them. Technologies in the Functional, Analytics and Marketing categories are based solely on your explicit consent; they are not based on any other ground such as legitimate interest.
Use of our site is not made conditional on your cookie consent. If you do not give permission, only the features dependent on the relevant category do not work.

Server logs: On our servers, server and traffic logs, including IP addresses, are kept for 1 year for security purposes (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)). These logs are not cookies and are not affected by your consent preferences; details are in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
WhatsApp: The WhatsApp links on our site do not send data to WhatsApp until you use them; the provider's own policies apply in the WhatsApp service that opens.
How does consent management work?
- On your first visit to the site, a cookie notice is shown. In the notice, the “Reject” and “Accept all” buttons are offered side by side in the same style and size; rejecting is as easy as accepting. The “Manage preferences” link opens the category choices.
- In the preferences panel, you can decide separately for each category. The strictly necessary category is always on; Functional, Analytics and Marketing are off by default, and there are no pre-ticked choices.
- Until you make a choice, only strictly necessary technologies run. Scrolling the page, closing the notice or continuing to use the site does not count as consent.
- Access to the site is not made conditional on cookie consent; even if you reject all, you can use all pages of the site.
- When you open the appointment calendar, if you have not allowed the Functional category, an information notice is shown instead of the calendar; the “Allow and open the calendar” button there turns on the entire Functional category. Even without giving permission, you can submit your appointment request via the contact form, 0850 840 41 74, work@inurdemirel.com or WhatsApp.
- Your choice is stored in the inur_consent cookie for 12 months. When this period expires or the version of this policy changes, your preference is asked again. Your consent record is kept only in the inur_consent cookie in your browser.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, this signal counts as a rejection for the Marketing category; as long as the signal is sent, the Marketing category remains off.
Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change or withdraw the consent you have given at any time, in a way as easy as giving consent. To do so, you can use the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer of every page or the “Cookie Preferences” link on this page.
When you withdraw your consent, the technologies in the relevant category are no longer run. When you withdraw your Analytics or Marketing permission, our site deletes the _ga, _ga_<ID>, _gcl_au, inur_gclk, _fbp and _fbc cookies on its domain and stops the relevant tools. Withdrawal has effect for the future; it does not affect the lawfulness of the operations carried out up to that moment. When you withdraw your Functional permission, the ar-eposta, ar-gecmis-…, dp-rows and inur_nf records in your browser are deleted automatically; when you withdraw your Marketing permission, the referral source record is deleted.
Cookies created by Google, Meta and Cal.com under their own domains cannot be deleted by our site. You can delete them using the browser settings described below.
Transfer abroad
When you allow the Functional, Analytics or Marketing category, your data reach abroad, because the servers of the relevant providers are outside Türkiye:
- Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager): after your Analytics or Marketing permission, usage and advertising data, online identifiers and IP address (Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses).
- Meta (Meta Pixel): after your Marketing permission, page views, conversion events, online identifiers and IP address.
- Cal.com: after your Functional permission, when you open the calendar, your IP address and the name, e-mail address and time you enter for the appointment (hosting region: European Union).
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): when you use the free tools or the gift wheel, IP address and browser signals.
Your cookie preferences do not constitute explicit consent given for transfer abroad. The data transferred, the recipients and purposes, and other information on transfers abroad are shown in the transfer abroad section of the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Deleting cookies and site data also deletes the records our site keeps in your browser: the cookie notice is shown again, the site opens in Turkish, your tool history is emptied and your session in the client panel is closed. If you block all cookies, since your preference cannot be saved, the notice may be shown again on every visit and features that depend on permission may not work.

You can submit your application in writing to the Company's address, with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from your e-mail address registered in our system, to work@inurdemirel.com; you can use the Data Subject Application Form.
