Who these terms cover
This page applies to the SEO, backlink, web design, custom software, social media management and other digital marketing services offered by İnurdemirel Dijital Pazarlama Ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“inurdemirel”). It covers all orders placed through inurdemirel.com, www.inurdemirel.com/panel or means of distance communication such as WhatsApp, telephone and e-mail. This page also applies to orders whose payment is received through our group company Shofix OÜ.
The rules on the cancellation of orders, the refund of fees and the right of withdrawal are set out here together. These rules form part of the contract that applies to your order.
The Distance Sales Contract applies to consumers; the Pre-Contract Information Form is provided to you before the contract is concluded. The Commercial Service Agreement applies to corporate customers. Where there is doubt about the meaning of a provision with respect to consumers, the interpretation in favour of the consumer prevails.
Distinction between consumers and corporate customers
Which rules apply to you is determined by the purpose for which you purchase the service:
- Consumer
- A natural or legal person who purchases the service for purposes that are not commercial or professional (Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, Article 3). Consumer sales are subject to the Distance Sales Contract and to the sections of this page relating to consumers.
- Corporate customer
- Legal entities, and natural persons who are merchants, tradespeople or self-employed professionals, who purchase the service for commercial or professional purposes. Corporate sales are subject to the Commercial Service Agreement. The 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer legislation does not apply to these sales.
Consumer status is determined not by the selection made on the order form but by the purpose for which the service is actually purchased.
Order stages and cancellation options
Each order is tracked in your panel account at one of the following stages. The options for cancellation and withdrawal vary according to this stage.
| Stage | Meaning | Consequence for cancellation and withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Queued | Appears in the client panel as “Pending” or “Brief received”. The order has been received but performance of the service has not yet started. | Consumers may withdraw from the contract within the 14-day withdrawal period; even if this period has passed, they may cancel their orders at this stage. Corporate customers may cancel the order within 5 days from the conclusion of the contract; for special occasion services tied to a specific date, this right cannot be exercised once the service has been scheduled. In these cases, the fee paid is refunded. |
| In Progress | Appears in the client panel as “Work in progress”, “Processing”, “Awaiting approval” or “Delivered”. Implementation of the service has started. You are notified that this stage has been reached. | The corporate customer’s order cancellation right granted by the contract ends. For consumers, this stage is entered within the withdrawal period only upon the consumer’s explicit request, and in that case the right of withdrawal ends; if there is no request, or if it was revoked before the service started, the service is started after the withdrawal period expires. |
| Completed | Appears in the client panel as “Completed”. The requested service has been delivered. | No refund is made for completed work to corporate customers or to consumers whose right of withdrawal has ended. Rights relating to defective services remain reserved. |
| Cancelled | Appears in the client panel as “Cancelled” or, if the fee has been refunded, “Refunded”. The order has been cancelled at your request or for a reason stated on this page. | If a refund is required, it is made within the period and by the method stated on this page. |
The “Waiting for your details” status shown in the client panel indicates that information, content or access is awaited for the service; it does not change whether the order has started, and the provisions of the previous stage remain applicable. The start of performance (“In Progress”) is notified by e-mail and in the client panel, with its date and time.
Orders placed by bank transfer (havale or EFT) are processed once it is verified that the fee has been credited to our account. If the fee is not credited to our account within 7 days from the order date, the order is cancelled and no fee is requested from you. For card payments, if the payment is not completed, no order is created.
14-day right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, that is, the day you confirm the order summary, the Pre-Contract Information Form, the Distance Sales Contract and these Terms. You do not need to give a reason or pay a contractual penalty for this (Law No. 6502, Article 48; Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 9).
For you to be deemed to have exercised your right in time, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires. If your order is at the “Queued” stage, that is, if the service has not yet started, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within this period in all cases. Even if the withdrawal period has passed, you can cancel your order whose performance has not yet started (“Queued”); the entire fee collected is refunded within 14 days from the date your cancellation request reaches us.
Whichever channel you start your order from, before payment is requested, the order summary, the Pre-Contract Information Form, the Distance Sales Contract and these Terms are sent to you on a durable medium (e-mail or a Client Panel link). The contract is concluded when you confirm these texts through a non-pre-ticked checkbox in the Client Panel or by a written reply; payment is requested only after this confirmation. You can access the texts you confirmed from the Client Panel for at least 3 years and request a copy by e-mail. If you have no early start request, or if it was revoked before the service started, the service is started after the withdrawal period ends. If you request that the service be started within the withdrawal period, your request is recorded and a copy of it is sent to you by e-mail.
If you have not been duly informed about the right of withdrawal, you are not bound by the 14-day period. In this case, you can exercise your right no later than one year from the date the 14-day period ends (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 10).
When the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
If performance of the service has started with your explicit approval before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15). This exception applies subject to the following conditions:
- Approval is not deemed to be given through a pre-ticked box or by remaining silent. A statement showing that you expressly request the service to be started before the 14-day period expires is required; this statement is included in the order confirmation text.
- The confirmation text expressly states that your right of withdrawal will end when performance starts.
- When the service is started, your order moves to the “In Progress” stage and you are notified of this.
- Before the service is started, you can notify us through the client panel or by e-mail that you do not want an early start; in this case, the service is started after the withdrawal period expires and your order is not affected. If performance has started within the period without your request, your right of withdrawal continues throughout the 14-day period.
The fact that our services are prepared specifically for you or are digital in nature does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.
Google Rank Tracking: These packages are made available for use in the client panel at the moment the payment is confirmed, when you expressly request this through a separate, non-pre-ticked box in the cart. Since the service starts with your approval before the withdrawal period expires, you have no right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15/1-h). Gift periods given free of charge and the free trial are for information purposes; they are not subject to withdrawal or payment. The packages are not renewed automatically; the full terms are in the Google Rank Tracking annex of the Pre-Contract Information Form.
How to give notice of withdrawal
You must give your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires. Any notice given in writing or on a durable medium is valid (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 11). For example, you can use the following channels:
- Client panel: by creating a support request for the relevant order from your account at www.inurdemirel.com/panel.
- E-mail: to work@inurdemirel.com. If possible, use the e-mail address registered to your panel account.
- By post, courier or through a notary: to Meşrutiyet Mah. Konur Sok. Özsoy İş Hanı No: 25/13, 06420 Çankaya/Ankara.
It is sufficient for your notice to clearly state your name and surname, your order number or information identifying the order, and that you are withdrawing from the contract. Using the sample text below is not mandatory.
For information about the process, you can call 0850 840 41 74; however, a notice given by telephone does not replace written notice. We recommend that you keep a copy of the notice you send and a record of its sending.

You can fill in the text below with your own details and send it through the panel, by e-mail or by post. This text is sent only when you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract.

Refunds to consumers: period and method
- All payments collected from you are refunded within 14 days from the date your withdrawal notice reaches us (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 12).
- The refund is made in a manner appropriate to the payment instrument you used for the purchase and in a single payment; no cost or obligation is imposed on you.
- Card payments are received through our group company Shofix OÜ via Revolut; where Revolut cannot be used, they are received through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., a payment and electronic money institution licensed in Türkiye. Payments made by card are refunded to the card you used for the payment, through the payment institution through which the payment was received (Revolut for payments received through our group company Shofix OÜ, PayTR for payments received with PayTR); payments made by bank transfer (havale or EFT) are refunded to the bank account from which the payment was made; and payments made with the balance are refunded to your balance. For discounted orders, the refund amount is the amount you actually paid. Unused balance that you have loaded onto your client panel is not refunded; it is used only for your orders on the site. Stating the IBAN of this account in your notice facilitates the refund.
- For card payments, the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your bank’s processing procedures.
- No contractual penalty, processing fee or reason is required from you because you exercise the right of withdrawal.
Cancellation of orders for corporate customers
In sales made for commercial or professional purposes, the rules agreed in the Commercial Service Agreement apply:
- A special order cancellation right is granted to you by the contract. This right can be exercised within 5 days from the conclusion of the contract and only while the order is at the “Queued” stage.
- When the order moves to the “In Progress” stage, this right ends even if the 5-day period has not expired. You are notified of the change of stage.
- The parties agree that the notice relating to this right and the notice of cancellation of monthly packages may be given in writing from your account in the Client Panel (www.inurdemirel.com/panel) or by e-mail to work@inurdemirel.com. Notices given through a notary are also valid (Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Article 18/3).
- In a cancellation made within the period, the fee paid is refunded in a manner appropriate to the method by which the payment was made; payments made by card are refunded to the same card through the payment institution through which the payment was received (Revolut or PayTR). If an invoice has been issued, the refund is made with a document in accordance with tax legislation.
- For special occasion services tied to a specific date, this right cannot be exercised once the service has been scheduled. The section below applies to the cancellation of monthly SEO, social media and digital marketing packages.
- Your rights of rescission and termination arising from law, such as in the event of default or defective performance, or rescission of the contract before the work is completed, remain reserved (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Articles 125, 475 and 484).
Cancellation of monthly SEO, social media and digital marketing packages
SEO, social media management and other monthly digital marketing packages are carried out in monthly periods. These packages can be purchased on a monthly basis without a commitment term or with a commitment term, as stated on the sales page.
Corporate customers may cancel their packages for which the service has started, with or without a commitment term, by giving 30 days’ prior written notice:
- Notice may be given in writing from your account in the Client Panel or by e-mail to work@inurdemirel.com; notices given through a notary are also valid.
- The contract ends at the end of the first monthly period ending after the 30-day period from the notice reaching us has expired. Until this date, the service continues in accordance with the contract.
- The fees for monthly periods that have started up to this date are payable and are not refunded. Fees paid in advance for periods after the end date are refunded. If a commitment-term package is ended before the commitment term expires, the total of the commitment discounts provided up to the end date is claimed. Only the discount provided for the commitment-term package in periods that have started and been paid for is included in the calculation; monthly additional services purchased together with the package are not included in this calculation.
For consumers: Monthly packages are in the nature of subscriptions. You can end your subscription without giving a reason and without paying any contractual penalty, by the method you used to start the subscription, or in writing or on a durable medium (the provisions of Law No. 6502 on subscription contracts and the Subscription Contracts Regulation).
Termination takes effect on the date your notice reaches us or on a later date that you specify in your notice; the 30-day notice period does not apply to consumers. Your termination request is processed within 7 days at the latest. You pay only the fee for the service provided up to the termination date; the fee paid in advance for the period after the termination date is calculated on a daily basis and refunded no later than 14 days from the termination date, in a manner appropriate to the method you used for the payment. Your 14-day right of withdrawal remains reserved separately from this.
Commitment-term packages for consumers: If you terminate your package before the commitment term expires, the total of the commitment discounts provided to you up to the termination date (the difference between the monthly price without a commitment term and the monthly price with a commitment term) is claimed from you. This amount cannot exceed the total of the monthly fees for the remaining commitment term; whichever of the two is lower is the amount claimed. Only the discount provided for the commitment-term package in periods that have started and been paid for is included in the calculation; monthly additional services purchased together with the package are not included in this calculation. The calculation method is shown in the commitment letter. Apart from this, no termination fee, withdrawal fee or contractual penalty is claimed. When the commitment term ends, the package is not renewed for a new commitment period without your approval; if you do not give approval for continuation on a monthly basis without a commitment term, the contract ends at the end of the commitment term.
Cancellation and refund rules in project processes
The following rules relate to the planning and execution of projects. They apply directly to corporate customers; for consumers, the rules at the end of this section apply. The aim is for both parties to understand the project in the same way and to prevent possible cancellations, refunds or disputes.
- Project process
- All projects are planned by dividing them into business days. Each project begins with a discovery, analysis and scoping stage.
- Completed work
- Due to the effort and time spent, no refund is made for completed work.
- Approval and development stage
- The project moves to the development stage when you approve the mock-up (draft) designs. No refund of payments is made after this stage.
- Milestone stages
- No partial refund is made for a milestone stage that is in progress.
- Mutual termination of the project
- If the project is terminated by mutual agreement, control of the completed work passes to you, unless otherwise agreed in the agreement. No additional payment is requested for development work not yet carried out. Payments made previously and the advance payment (deposit) are not refunded.
- Abandoned projects
- If contributions expected from you, such as content, access details, feedback or approval, are not provided within 30 days from the date of our written reminder despite that reminder, the project is deemed abandoned. In this case, the payments made and the advance payment are not refunded; we may end the contract by written notice.
- Special occasion services
- Since our marketing team’s special occasion services tied to a specific date are time-limited, once these services have been scheduled, the 5-day order cancellation right cannot be exercised either, and cancellation is not accepted.
For consumers: These rules apply after your right of withdrawal has ended, or has become unexercisable because performance started with your approval, and with the following differences. They do not remove your right of withdrawal arising from the Law, your elective rights relating to defective services or your right to end the subscription contract.
- If you give up the project after mock-up approval or while a stage is in progress, or if the project is abandoned for reasons attributable to you, the fee for the work done up to that date and the loss we document are deducted from the amount you paid (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Article 484). If the project is terminated by mutual agreement, only the fee for the completed work is deducted, unless otherwise agreed in the termination agreement. The remaining amount is refunded to you within 14 days at the latest.
- For a project that has been pending for more than 30 days for reasons attributable to you, you are notified in writing or on a durable medium and given a reasonable additional period; the project is deemed abandoned only if what is required is not done within this period either.
- The 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to special occasion services. If the service has been started with your explicit approval within the withdrawal period, this right cannot be exercised. In this case, if you end the contract, the fee for the work done up to that date and the non-recoverable, documented expenses incurred with third parties for this service are deducted; the remaining amount is refunded within 14 days at the latest.
- Refunds within this scope are made in a manner appropriate to the instrument you used for the payment and without imposing additional costs on you.
Ranking results and package guarantees
Search engine rankings depend on factors outside our control. Changes in Google algorithms, competitors’ efforts and changes made to your site afterwards are some of these factors. Therefore, no specific ranking or result is guaranteed; the failure of the expected ranking to materialise is not by itself a ground for a refund. Our commitment is the complete delivery of the service items included on the sales page or in the offer.
Google Rank Tracking measurements given free of charge with SEO and backlink packages are not a ranking guarantee and do not constitute a ground for a refund.
If a separate guarantee has been given for the package on the sales page, that guarantee applies together with the conditions on that page.
Your rights in case of incomplete or defective service
If the service was delivered incompletely, or does not conform to the characteristics stated on the sales page or in the offer, you can notify us of the situation from your panel account or at work@inurdemirel.com.
In the event of a defective service, consumers may choose one of the following rights: re-performance of the service, free repair of the work resulting from the service, a reduction in the fee in proportion to the defect, or rescission of the contract (Law No. 6502, Article 15). These rights cannot be limited by the refund rules on this page.
For corporate customers, defective performance is assessed under the relevant provisions of Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, depending on the nature of the service; for example, Articles 474–475 apply to contracts for work. In this context, defects must be notified within a reasonable period after delivery.
Failure to perform the service and cancellation of the order by us
- Additional costs: If necessary additional costs not foreseen in the contract arise for the continuation of the work, you are notified of them together with their justification and amount. These costs are passed on to you only with your explicit approval. If you do not give approval, the service is delivered in its existing form. If this is not possible either, the contract is ended. The “Impossibility of performance” rule below applies to consumers: the entire fee collected is refunded within 14 days; if you accept the delivered part, only the fee for that part is deducted. For corporate customers, the amount corresponding to the completion rate of the work is deducted from the fee paid and the remainder is refunded.
- Failure to perform on time (consumers): If the service is not performed within the undertaken period, you can terminate the contract. In this case, all payments collected are refunded together with statutory interest within 14 days from the date your termination notice reaches us (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 16).
- Impossibility of performance (consumers): If performance of the service becomes impossible, you are notified of this in writing or on a durable medium within 3 days from the date it becomes known. All payments collected are refunded no later than 14 days from the date of notification (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 16). If you, at your own choice, accept a part delivered to you, only the fee for that part is deducted from the refund amount.
- Unauthorised orders: Orders placed in the name and on behalf of third parties without permission may be cancelled. For cancelled unauthorised orders, the amount collected is refunded to the instrument with which the payment was made.
Dispute resolution
You can send us your complaints about your cancellation and refund requests from your panel account or at work@inurdemirel.com.
For disputes below the monetary limit, consumers apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or at the place where the consumer transaction was carried out. This limit is announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. Applications can also be made via e-Devlet.
For disputes exceeding the limit, applying to a mediator before filing a lawsuit is mandatory. The lawsuit may be filed at the consumer court at the place of residence of the consumer or at our place of residence (Law No. 6502, Articles 68, 73 and 73/A). Jurisdiction clauses that limit consumers’ rights to apply and to bring a lawsuit are invalid.
For disputes arising with corporate customers who are merchants, the competent court provision of the Commercial Service Agreement applies. For other corporate customers, the general rules of jurisdiction apply (Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, Article 17).
Processing of personal data
The identity, contact, address, order and payment/refund information (including the IBAN and the account holder’s name) that you share in your cancellation, refund and withdrawal requests is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- To finalise your request and make the refund: processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract (Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Article 5/2-c).
- To fulfil our obligations arising from consumer and tax legislation: fulfilment of a legal obligation (Article 5/2-ç).
- To protect our rights in possible disputes: the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Article 5/2-e).
The information necessary for the refund transaction is shared with the bank or payment institution making the refund (Revolut or PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. for card payments); these institutions process the data as separate data controllers within the scope of their own obligations. Our group company Shofix OÜ (Estonia), which accesses customer data to carry out and report on the services, may also see the records relating to your request; this access constitutes a transfer abroad. For details, including retention periods, transfers and your rights, you can refer to the KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy pages. To exercise your rights, you can use the Data Subject Application Form.
